What types of custom embroidery do you offer?
We offer a variety of custom embroidery services, including business logos, kids drawings, personalised names, and more. If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to reach out!
Can I provide my own design or logo for embroidery?
Absolutely! We welcome your own designs and logos. Please send your artwork in a high-resolution format for the best results.
What materials do you use for your embroidery?
We use quality high-sheen polyester threads that provide a vibrant, durable finish that is both 100% colourfast and fade-resistant to ensure durability and a professional finish.
How do I care for my personalised items?
To keep your personalised items looking their best, we recommend washing them inside out on a cold gentle cycle and air drying. Do not tumble dry to avoid shrinking. Iron inside out on a low setting – never iron directly onto the printed image or embroidery thread.
How do I know my size?
There are sizing charts on all products listed. We advise that you measure a similar garment that you like the fit of and compare that to the sizing chart listed.
Please keep in mind that no exchanges or refunds will be given due to sizing.
Why is there a digitising fee for business logos?
We charge a one-time fee of $30 because it requires time and effort to convert your logo into a format suitable for embroidery. Once your design is digitised, it will be stored in our system indefinitely.
What format does my logo need to be in?
Any format is fine for embroidery. For prints your logo needs to be in PNG format with a fully transparent background and a quality of at least 300dpi.
What size will my logo be?
Left Chest: usually 7-10cm wide depending on the size of the clothing item.
Front Chest: usually 15-25cm wide depending on the size of the clothing item.
Back: usually 15-25cm wide depending on the size of the clothing item.
What is the extra material on the inside of the clothing?
This is called stabiliser. It is needed to hold the thread in place.
Can you see the stabiliser?
It is more noticeable on lighter thinner clothing items like t-shirts. But it is required to hold the thread in place. If you are concerned about seeing the stabiliser, I recommend choosing a darker colour clothing item.
What are the marks and/or creases on my clothing?
The embroidery hoops can sometimes leave a mark. The heat press can sometimes leave creases. The fabric pen marks to get your image positioned correctly. The left-over clear stabiliser required on some items can sometimes be noticeable. All of these will disappear after the first wash.

How do I place a custom order?

What is the turnaround time for orders?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.
Generally, custom orders take between 2 to 4 weeks plus postage.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the process!
Do you offer bulk orders?
Absolutely! If you're interested in placing a bulk order, please email us at info@berrythreads.com.au for pricing and availability.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we typically do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part. Please review your order carefully before finalising it.

Local Pickup
We offer local pickup as an option for customers in Warragul.
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout.
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the personalised nature of the garments – returns or refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a return or exchange for you at no extra charge. If the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Please send us a photo of the damage/fault to expedite the process.
